Marketing Automation Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation and Technology Manager to leverage strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration to collect, prioritize and drive MarTech investment and adoption and streamline the marketing processes.

What you’ll be doing:

Technology: managing Hubspot and other marketing automation systems and the whole marketing infrastructure

  • Martech audit and roadmap (ongoing process to identify, test and implement best tools for data intelligence, intent data, technographics, data enrichment, ABM tools, reporting tools, etc.)
  • Hubspot workflows, processes and dashboards optimization
  • Unified taxonomy and documented processes
  • Marketing attribution model rollout
  • Measurement plan
  • New tools selection and integration

Data and analytics: expertise is essential for acting on the insights that our tech stack provides. It is equally essential for making sure that data is seamlessly flowing through the marketing technology stack and into the dashboards reporting tools.

  • Unified (and accurate) weekly and monthly reporting (up to the C+/board level reports) using smart data visualization
  • Various insights for stakeholders: campaigns performance, potential for improvement, etc
  • Marketing attribution and funnel performance analysis
  • Marketing programs ROI analysis
  • CRM Database structure and cleanup process

Processes: B2B Sales, Business Development and marketing processes experience is a must.

  • Campaign design and processes (using tools such as Asana for the marketing operations or Asana for project management)
  • Funnel optimization
  • Audience segmentation in Hubspot
  • Buyer personas updates
  • Lead scoring review and optimization
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Leads handover process and reporting

Stakeholders (marketing and sales) alignment:  experience is needed to enable the customers operations teams to use data and tools in a unified and efficient way. This can happen in the form of trainings, workshops, processes documentation, decision-making support and leadership, planning, and establishing communication routines.

  • Stakeholder alignment (marketing, sales, CSM, etc)

What you have:

  • 7+ years of martech experience, 7 in management role
  • Experience in sales and/or marketing teams of B2B software
  • Very good understanding of the end to end marketing and sales processes in B2B
  • Strong sales, BDR and marketing processes understanding is a must.
  • Solid Hubspot implementation and optimization expertise
  • Strong experience with analytics and data visualization/BI tools, marketing reporting up to board level
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills – across multiple teams
