Regional Sales Director – WE

What you’ll be doing

  • Achieve growth and hit the sales targets by successfully managing the Sales team and territory (France, Germany)
  • Engage with C-suite/decision makers
  • Build the Sales team for the targeted territory and manage, recruit, set objectives and be accountable for the team performance
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensures its favorable visibility on the market, by identifying business development and partnership opportunities across the Central Europe region
  • Articulate the value proposition of FintechOS to potential prospects
  • Develop relationships with the new customers and identify potential new revenue opportunities across the territory
  • Lead complex sales-cycles across multiple countries for international customers
  • Take ownership of the KPIs and revenue targets
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Explore opportunities to form strategic partnerships/alliances with industry players across the region

What you have

  • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales targets
  • Track record of growing sales teams and managing successfully the territory
  • Relevant experience working within the Financial sector (banks and/or insurance)
  • Have worked and understand the challenges and opportunities of a start-up environment
  • Ability to sell in a consultative approach by understanding the customer needs and challenging them on solutions while always working on the sales closure
  • A strong eye for organization, process and being detail oriented while multitasking on numerous sales conversations at once
  • A good understanding of SaaS, preferably digital transformation technology, and delivery models and how they apply to the financial services industry
  • Start-up mentality
  • Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment
