What you’ll be doing:

We’re looking for a competent and energetic Talent Acquisition Partner, who will support us through the growing phase of our start-up, whose responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of right candidates for the business, an exceptional journey for the candidates, and timely results for the hiring managers
  • Defining, implementing, and continuously refining your offline and online search strategy to find and engage with target talent prospects, while maintaining an active pipeline of top talent for the vacancies
  • Creating a candidate journey map including all touch points with regards to face to face and digital interactions with potential candidates
  • Building efficient and scalable recruiting processes
  • Working cross-functionally with multiple internal stakeholders to execute the full recruitment cycle
  • Designing and executing business relevant sourcing & employer branding initiatives to attract the right candidates
  • Keeping an eye on global talent trends and best cases for inspiration
  • Monitoring KPIs and SLAs to ensure the effectiveness of the recruitment process for all parties
  • Managing professional relations with vendors/agencies/schools

What you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive recruitment experience in a high-speed, high-growth environment (commercial roles will be an asset)
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Programs
  • A genuine passion for people! You understand that the best team always wins and you are willing to go the extra mile to win the best candidates and keep our team happy
  • A natural-born researcher truly interested in industry mapping & talent pipelining projects
  • Autonomous, you like to take ownership of your work and be self-lead
  • Skilled at documenting & presenting your assignments
  • A top-notch recruiter with analytical and creative skills
